this could, have been a lovely stay, but alas, without a lift, dragging my bags was simply beneath me. the shower setup was a disaster, leaving everything drenched. naturally, a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been the least they could do for such inconveniences, but no such luck. my near-great review ended up as mere disappointment.
